1. Acceptance of terms
By creating a Richmandatasub account, funding a wallet, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. The service
Richmandatasub lets you buy mobile data, airtime, electricity tokens, exam pins, cable TV subscriptions, and printed recharge card pins, funded from a prepaid wallet. We act as an intermediary between you and the underlying network, distribution company, exam body, or broadcaster — we don't set their service quality, coverage, or token systems.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract under Nigerian law to open an account. Agent and API accounts may carry additional eligibility checks, such as identity verification.
4. Your account
- You're responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity carried out from your account.
- One account per person; we may merge or close duplicate accounts opened to abuse promotions or rate tiers.
- Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
5. Wallet & pricing
Your wallet balance is held to fund future orders and isn't a bank deposit or interest-bearing account. Prices for data, airtime, electricity, exam pins and TV bundles can change without notice to reflect changes from the underlying provider; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay for that order.
6. Orders & delivery
Once you confirm an order, we submit it to the relevant network, disco, exam body, or broadcaster for fulfilment. Most orders complete within seconds; some — particularly exam pins and electricity tokens during high-traffic periods — can take longer because they depend on a third-party system outside our control.
7. Refunds & reversals
- If an order fails to deliver, the amount is automatically returned to your wallet, usually within minutes and almost always within 24 hours.
- If you entered the wrong beneficiary details and the order was delivered as instructed, that order is not eligible for a refund.
- Wallet funding itself is non-refundable to a bank account except where required by law; it can however be spent on any service on the platform.
8. Reseller & API terms
Agent and API accounts receive discounted pricing in exchange for higher transaction volumes and may be subject to a separate agreement covering settlement timing, API rate limits, and acceptable use of our endpoints. We may adjust agent pricing tiers with notice posted to your dashboard.
9. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- Use stolen, duplicated, or fraudulently obtained payment instruments to fund your wallet.
- Resell pins or tokens you know to be invalid, expired, or fraudulently obtained.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the platform's normal operation.
- Use the service for money laundering or any other unlawful purpose.
We may suspend or close accounts that violate this section and report serious cases to the relevant authorities.
10. Service availability
We aim for the platform to be available 24/7, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Outages at a network operator, disco, exam body, payment partner, or our own infrastructure can delay or temporarily block specific services.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Richmandatasub's liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount of the transaction giving rise to the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost business, arising from a delayed or failed top-up.
12. Termination
You may close your account at any time — see our delete account page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where reasonably possible. Any remaining wallet balance at closure is handled as described on that page.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice before they take effect; continued use of the service after that point means you accept the updated terms.
